Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Options: We offer standard ground service within the 48 connecting states. You pay only one shipping and handling charge, based on the value of your order. This charge will automatically be calculated for you at checkout. You will be sent an e-mail after the order has been processed.

Sending Products to a Different Address: If you wish to send your order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the shipping information section at checkout.

Abel Onsite uses this information to operate efficiently and to better deliver services that you have requested.

We ask for your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card number/expiration date/CVV. In the case of remote purchases/alternate shipping addresses, we store personally identifiable information in which users knowingly offer information about those individuals. Please do not provide us any personally identifiable information if you do not want us to collect it.

AbelOnsite.com never actively markets to children, and would never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information. Persons who choose to communicate with AbelOnsite.com and thereby supply Abel Onsite with an e-mail address may receive future communications from us.

Returns & Replacements

RETURN POLICY: We offer a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges minus our shipping costs. Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unused and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Authorization is needed for all returns and exchanges. Contact us by phone or Email for authorization. If you were sent incorrect, damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will replace it and refund applicable shipping. Returned items must be unused, unmarked and in resalable condition. Special order items and circuit boards are not returnable.

Pack items that you are returning carefully. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that are being returned. Items must be received in resale condition. We cannot give a full refund for items that are damaged. Shipping costs on returned or exchanged items will be your responsibility. Items returned without authorization, or later than 30 days will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

CREDIT FOR GIFT RETURNS: If you are returning an item, we will issue a credit to the original payment method, or provide an in-house credit for the item and the sales tax, if applicable.

EXCHANGES: To exchange an item, indicate the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want to order. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. We need the item number, name, color, etc. Be sure to enclose the invoice with your return.

The returned item will be credited to the original payment method and the new item(s) will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable. Shipping will be charged for the new items sent.
